Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS TNT e Poste Italiane with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

The Customer will be entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller at no cost and without specifying the reason within fourteen (30) working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on the Website.

The return of the items must be made exclusively through the courier specified by alori.it, following the instructions received at the time of the resell request

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

 - the Products must be returned in their entirety;

 - the Products rendered should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

 - Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;

  - Returned Products must be sent to the Seller in one shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products of the same Order rendered and dispatched at different times;

  - Returned Products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (30) working days from the date you received the products;

Refund will be made upon receipt of the object

Alori also undertakes to support the initial shipping costs of the Products solely in the event of damage to the goods due to the delivery or errors in the shipment by the Seller itself. Only in these cases Seller will also refund the amount that the Customer has paid for shipping expenses.
